    this is a great piece.  a Mickey Mouse watch marked on the back Swiss Made Base Metal 705. marked on back of the band Genuine Leather #4043.  was able to set the time and wind it, but it didn't keep time.  It looks to be in perfect condition, but won't keep time. a small crack on the cover next to the stem.
